파라미터 업데이트

MsgUpdateParams(authority, params)

승인된 발행자 변경 또는 토큰 단위 변경과 같은 모듈 파라미터를 업데이트합니다. 일반적으로 거버넌스 제안이 필요합니다.

파라미터

`authority`	`string`	✓	파라미터 업데이트 권한이 있는 주소 (주로 거버넌스 모듈).
`params`	`Params`	✓	설정할 새로운 파라미터.

타입: MsgUpdateParamsResponse

성공 시 빈 응답을 반환합니다.
